Who I Am
I'm Xiphodius — a variety streamer based in Europe who has been playing games for longer than I care to admit. The channel started as a place to share gaming sessions with friends and has grown into a genuine community of people who enjoy watching someone play a wide variety of games, chase achievements, and occasionally struggle publicly with difficult boss fights.
The "variety" label is intentional. I don't stick to one game or genre — I play whatever I'm currently obsessed with, which could be a massive open-world RPG one week and an indie puzzle game the next. That unpredictability is, I think, what keeps both the stream and the audience fresh.
The Achievement Hunt
One of the running threads across my streams is achievement hunting. There's something deeply satisfying about finishing a game completely — not just the main story, but every side quest, collectible, and hidden challenge the developers hid in there. Steam achievements give you a permanent record of that, which is both motivating and a little dangerous for the completion percentage.

The Community
The best part of streaming isn't the games — it's the people who show up. The xiphodius.eu community has built up a loyalty token system where viewers earn tokens by watching, chatting, and participating in stream events. Tokens can be redeemed in the shop for real rewards, in-stream perks, and game keys.
The whole system — the token economy, the shop, the stream alerts, the bot commands — is custom-built from scratch. No third-party platforms, just PHP, SQLite, and a healthy amount of caffeine.
